Voice code production for univoice

Voice code Univoice is a two-dimensional bar code for mobile phones developed by JAVIS (Japan Visually Impaired Information Dissemination Support Association) that can record approximately 800 characters of character data including Chinese characters.
An iOS / Android app that reads out the contents of printed matter just by holding your smartphone over the Uni-Voice code. Launch this app and hold it over the 2D barcode of the voice code for the visually impaired and the elderly. Can be read aloud.

2020年の大会は成功裏に終了しました。東京都が進める福祉のまちづくりは「すべての人にやさしいユニバーサルデザイン」をテーマに、様々な施策が進められています。
都のパンフレットや各自治体より送付される封書や書類等にも、Uni-Voiceは採用され、文字情報に関するバリアフリーに活用されています。

Main specifications of voice code

1.1 There is a limit to the number of characters per page.

2. Gender of voice quality
You can choose between male and female voices.

3. Convertible data
It will be converted only with Microsoft Word. (However, the characters and numbers in the image cannot be converted.)
また、漢字の読み上げ方が異なる場合もありますので、該当箇所に関してはひらがなになります。

4. Voice code size and print position
The standard size and print position are as shown in the figure. The design layout is required after securing the placement space in advance.

5. About scraping
Printed matter with a voice code must be cut into a semicircle. If the voice code is placed on one side, one process is performed on the side, and if it is double-sided, two processes are performed.

・送られてきた原稿を当方にて音声コードに変換してチェックします。原稿の読み上げに問題がある場合は当方にて修正いたします。
・問題がなければ基本6000+（税）で済みますが、編集や修正がある場合には3000円+（税）加算されます。先ずその旨をメールにてご案内とお振込先をお知らせいたします。
・お支払いは前払いとなりますので、ご入金をご確認次第出来上がった音声コードをメールで納品いたします。
